First Name, Last Name, Email Address, and your user created username and password. Xcite Speech Technologies, uses third party companies to process credit card purchases, and does not collect or store any credit cards information on our database, what is collected in only the transaction number and customer number, which is used only to identify you as the owner of the software which you purchase and should you find yourself in need of more personal customer specific support for your product. This information we do share with you only and you will be able to see it in you user profile information when logged in to your Account, therefore it is very important that you DO NOT share your username or password with anyone.

• We will never initiate any communication requesting your personal information or credit card information after you have purchased our product .

4.0 - Registration

After registration you will recieve an email allowing you to activate your account. Once you have activated your account, you will sign in with the email address and password that you created when you purchased your software. When you are logged in you will see two tabs, select the one which reads "Download your software". The information in your login can be used to identify you as a paid user of the software, Do not share that information with anyone. Be sure to go back and click the logout button, before exiting, once it redirects you to the xcitespeechtechnologies.com, you have successfully logged out of your account and the session will be destroyed. For added security we do not use persistant cookies on our website, so you will need to log in each time. If you forget your password. You can use the password recovery option. For security you cannot change your First Name, Last Name or Email Address associated with the original purchase.

5.0 - Which Devices Can I Use The Software On

At this time, the software can only be used on a Windows based Desktop or Laptop or any other Windows based device. However, we are currently developing the Android verion of the software to be used on adroid devices optimized for 10 in Android Devices. Future purchases of the software will include the tablets with the software, continue to check back for updates.

7.0 - How To Cance My Subscription

To cancel your subscription, please follow the instructions: click on this link, it will download a file cancellation application. Run this file and it will disable the product and send feedback to us in an email that the program has been deleted. Once we have received the confirmation of the uninstall your subscription will be canceled. If you cancel in the first 15 days of your billing cycle. You will be refunded, if you cancel in the second 15 days of your billing cycle you will not be refunded.

8.0 - Incorrect Setup Directory

It has been reported that on very rare occations that the program will setup in the wrong directory "Program Files". The correct setup directory folder is "C:\Program Files (x86)". Should this happen go into the incorrect directly and cut or copy the entire Xcite Speech Technologies(...) and past it into the C:\Program Files (x86) folder. The program will work properly after that. The program cannot be moved or setup in any other folder.

9.0 - Download And Installation

As of April 2024 the offline downloadable version of our software has been depreciated and is no longer supported, however the online verison has all the feature as the download version...

10.0 - Is There A Childrens Version

The software can be used by anyone over the age of three, the interface is very simple and there is no real need for a separate children’s version, however, we are developing a children’s version, which is not different from the current version with the exception that we will be using child friendly illustrations rather actual pictures in the program, but there will be no other difference in how the two versions function as well as the interfaces are the same
